* Access your Tenant Portal.
* Select Maintenance on the left side.
* Select Request Maintenance.
* Describe the issue, add a photo & indicate entry permissions.
* Select Submit.
Rent is generally due every 3rd of the month, but it is best to check your lease for any specific terms.

You may process your rent through the Tenant Portal using the following payment methods:
Credit or Debit Card
You will receive a confirmation screen and an email once your payment is successful. Please note that card payments are subject to a non-refundable transaction fee.
Bank Transfers through eCheck:
You'll receive a confirmation screen and an email once your payment is successfully submitted. Please allow a few days for the funds to clear in your account. The eCheck option is available for both recurring and one-time charges, including security deposits, offering a convenient way to pay your rent directly from your US-based bank account.
Paying Rent with Electronic Cash Payments:
Within 10 minutes, you will receive a confirmation email or text from AppFolio. The same PaySlip can be reused each month and is accessible anytime in your Online Portal under the Payments tab.
Please note: The payment may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your Property Manager’s account. However, AppFolio will generate a receipt within 10-15 minutes of your payment, confirming that your payment has been processed.
NSF means Non-Sufficient Funds. NSF fee is charged when a payment is unsuccessful because funds are not available.
Residents are required to advise the Property Manager 60 days before their lease end date. However, please check your lease for any specific terms.
The residents are responsible to change the filters.
